This hotel was a great place to spend New Year's Eve. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We received complementary breakfast and champagne at midnight. The hotel was located in a prime spot, near shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and unique decor of the rooms.
There were a few negatives. The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from other guests in the hallway. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in our room was a bit loud and kept waking us up. Despite these minor issues, we still enjoyed our stay overall.

The hotel had an amazing location close to many local shops. Additionally, the staff were kind, efficient, and provided useful information. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great.

The hotel had a lot of character and was super fun to stay at. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with our booking. The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing and exploring the local area.
The bed sheets were not fitted so they moved and bunched underneath us during the night. Also, the glass bathroom door meant that if one person turned on the light during the night, it illuminated the entire room, which was a bit annoying. Finally, the lack of a map of the nearby university campus made it difficult to plan our activities.

This hotel has a conveniently central location with lots of amenities within walking distance or reachable within a 20-minute ride on the Metrolink rail system. The room service and breakfast here are simply outstanding. You'll love the breathtaking views from the higher floors and the leisure facilities that include a fitness center and spa. As a business traveler, I appreciated the meeting and conference facilities, which were equipped with all the necessary modern technology.
This hotel lacks a swimming pool.

This was an excellent stay on this visit. Spotless and new-fashioned room, it had central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. The hotel had the best possible location right next to Pageant Theatre.

The hotel had a favourable location near Leonard Slatkin. There was a good restaurant within easy walking distance of the venue. The room was brand-new, provided with shower and bathroom, as for instance.
